What we use

We store your email address, sign-in sessions, subscription status, alert preferences, delivery history and MCP usage. Workin shares the D1S1 account database; an existing account may be matched by your email. Workin memberships and preferences are recorded separately.

We use this information to provide your account, paid features, job alerts and support. Limited request information is used to prevent abuse. Job filters are used for matching and aggregate subscription statistics.

Payments and email

Stripe processes payments and stores payment details. Workin does not store card numbers. Resend delivers sign-in links and job alerts. Vercel hosts the site, and our database providers store account data. These providers may process information outside your country under their applicable safeguards.

Cookies and retention

A necessary, secure session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. This site does not add advertising cookies. API keys are stored as hashes and expire after 90 days. Delivery and account records are retained as needed to operate the service, investigate failures and meet applicable record-keeping duties.

Your choices

Turn alerts off in your account or use the unsubscribe link in any job email. Manage or cancel billing separately in your account. To request access, correction, export or deletion of your data, contact us from your account email. Some billing records may need to be retained.
